We've teamed up with the legendary North Carolina act Corrosion of Conformity to premiere a new track from 'IX.' Get your ears ready for 'On Your Way.'

Corrosion of Conformity have been making their unique brand of aggro-punk for over three decades, and if you ask us, that's worthy of a drink. CoC certainly have one of the most interesting signature beers on this list, with 'Corrosion of Conformity Imperial Porter' is actually aged in a rum barrel while boasting a raisin base and a 9 percent alcohol content.

An incredibly interesting collaboration is soon to invade your ears. Singer-bassist Mike Dean and singer-drummer Reed Mullin of hardcore punk veterans Corrosion of Conformity have joined forces with Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and various others to create the new project, Teenage Time Killer.

Intergalactic metal legends GWAR will once again defrost themselves from their Antarctic lair to play their annual GWAR-B-Q on Aug. 17. The fourth edition of GWAR's annual meet-and-eat may sport the event's best lineup to date, featuring Corrosion of Conformity, Municipal Waste, Pig Destroyer, Cannabis Corpse, Loincloth, and of course, GWAR!

In conjunction with the reissue of one of their classic albums, Corrosion of Conformity will be embarking on a tour in November that will take them across the U.S. and Canada and wrap up just before the end of the year. Supporting bands include ASG, Royal Thunder, Saviours, YOB and Zoroaster.

Listening to the band's latest, unmistakably brutal self-titled album, it’s obvious the guys are Corrosion of Conformity -- but it certainly doesn’t sound like their past work. As it turns out, guitarist Woody Weatherman says the band were completely spontaneous when recording, and what came out was a set of songs that fits into the next generation of Corrosion of Conformity’s sound.
