The Damned Things are back after releasing their debut album nearly a decade ago. You've already heard "Cells" from the forthcoming High Crimes album and now a new song, "Something Good," has been released. Listen above.

The new song is a clap-along, chant-along upbeat rocker with the opening moments featuring a gang of kids declaring "Y-E-L-L / All of my friends are going to Hell." The structure is loose and relaxed, capable of exploding at any moment and when that moment finally comes, it's freeing and fun, despite the darker overtones of Keith Buckley's words.

"'Something Good' is a feel-good song about feeling bad. It's about hurting people you care about because it is not in your nature to do the right thing even when you want to. A dark moral story with a really sunny feel," says Buckley.

High Crimes will be out on April 26 on Nuclear Blast. Pre-order the album here and look for the Damned Things on tour with Crobot and He Is Legend at the stops listed below.
