Battle Royale: Earthside Hold Off Disturbed on Countdown

The resilient Earthside are back at No. 1 for the fourth straight week on the Battle Royale. The band's clip for "Mob Mentality" featuring Sevendust's Lajon Witherspoon on vocals once again used a final day push to reclaim the top spot. This time it was Disturbed's new video for "Sound of Silence," which led for most of the week, that had to settle for the No. 2. Meanwhile, Butcher Babies' "Igniter" jumped up to No. 3 this week.

Elsewhere on the countdown, Shinedown's "State of My Head" became the second debut of the week a little further down from Disturbed. The video arrived at No. 10. And last week's No. 2, Five Finger Death Punch's "Wash It All Away," slipped to No. 4. See the Battle Royale Top 10 Videos below.

Because of the holidays, we'll have an extra long voting period for the next Battle Royale, returning on Jan. 8. New videos from Seether ("Save Today"), Motorhead ("When the Sky Comes Looking for You"), The Winery Dogs ("Fire"), Team Sleep ("Blvd. Nights"), The Contortionist ("The Parable (Rediscovered)") and Silver Snakes ("Red Wolf") enter the voting. You can vote once per hour through the deadline of Friday, Jan. 8 at 11AM ET in the poll at the bottom of this post. So get those votes in and have a happy holiday season.
