We were wondering when remix master Andy Rehfeldt would finally turn a lovely Christmas tune into death metal barbarism. Thankfully, the man has come through with a death metal version of 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.'

Until this video, the closest thing Rehfeldt made to a death metal Christmas cut was a video postcard featuring Phil Spector, Satan and Andy himself dressed as elves dancing to holiday music. While that was entertaining, Bing Crosby crooning death metal gutturals to a children's Christmas song is much more satisfying.

Bing Crosby first recorded his take on 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' back in 1950, when rock 'n' roll was in its infancy. So could you imagine Crosby's reaction if we snagged a DeLorean and brought this death metal clip to his doorstep? Brutal.

Much like other Rehfeldt creations, the instrumental parts don't just mirror the song's original score. The sonic super genius composed a completely original track over vocals provided by Bördi.
