Dead Letter Circus are tearing it up Down Under with their chart-topping single "While You Wait" and the band is teaming up with Loudwire to premiere the video for the track in North America.

The clip is a stylish video, awash in hues of black, white and red, while the band performs for a crowd as live action is translated to animation. Vocalist Kim Benzie tells Loudwire, "For the medium to convey such a broad message we chose animation. We had two amazing artists painting under direction for six weeks to create around 80 individual watercolor paintings which our animation team then brought to life around the band."

As for the song, "While You Wait" is a catchy rocker that serves as one of the standout moments on the band's new Aesthesis album. The disc is being released digitally on Aug. 14 via The End Records here in the U.S. The album was produced by Forrester Savell and Matthew Bartlem, though mixer Chris Lord-Alge has producing credits on "While You Wait."

To pre-order the disc, you can do so via iTunes or check out the bundle options for the album via The Omega Order. Dead Letter Circus are in the midst of wrapping up a tour of New Zealand. See their current dates here.
