Kyng have been holed away working on a new album, but the band is ready to blast back on the scene with their new disc this spring. The group has teamed with Loudwire to exclusively bring you the hard-rocking new track 'Electric Halo' off their upcoming 'Burn the Serum' album, due April 15 via Razor & Tie.

The hard-rocking trio grab your attention right off the bat with the driving guitars and bass from Eddie Veliz and Tony Castaneda, while Pepe Clarke propels things forward on drums. The track is also a showcase for Veliz's voice, which delivers the power needed to equal what the band is laying down. He strikes the perfect chord while singing about "speaking fables with your electric halo."

As previously mentioned, 'Electric Halo' is featured on the upcoming 'Burn the Serum' album, which is the follow-up to the band's stellar debut, 'Trampled Sun.' The band spent time at Grandmaster Recorders LTD and Sword & Shield in Hollywood, Calif. as well as Studio 606 in Northridge, Calif., laying down the disc. Fireball Ministry's James A. Rota and Andrew Alekel, best known for his work on records by Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age, co-produced the effort.

If you like what you hear, Kyng's 'Electric Halo' single can be purchased via iTunes. You can also look for the band working the song into sets when they hit the road this spring. Dates can be found at the bottom of the post after the song preview.
