Anthrax Return to the Road in January

Anthrax recently just wrapped up a tour run in support of their latest release ‘Worship Music’ with Testament and Death Angel but according to guitarist Scott Ian, the band is already planning to hit the road again soon.

Ian announced via Twitter that Anthrax will be kicking off a U.S. tour early in the new year, and more specifically, the third week of January. Dates have not yet been announced but Ian urges fans to ‘Stay tuned!’

Ian also wrapped up the current tour run by thanking everyone on Twitter saying, “To everyone that came out and shared the insanity on this tour, on behalf of Anthrax, I thank you and wish you a happy holiday and new year.”

Now with new Anthrax tour dates on the horizon it will surely be a happy new year for metal heads!
