Hellyeah have released a video for “Black Flag Army,” which will be featured on their forthcoming album Welcome Home. The clip (which can be viewed below) was directed by William “Wombat” Felch, who also helmed the group’s previously released Welcome Home videos for “Oh My God,” “Perfect,” “333” and the title track. The lyrics for the song may be viewed below.

We’ve spent our lives left out in the rain
As you stand dry behind the window pane
Don’t try to understand us you have no clue
so I took a bat and broke the glass
Your exclusive, but your have no class
Never been first, but we’re built to last
We’re not afraid of you
Born to make you uncomfortable
Our hate is unconditional
Coexistence is impossible
And we’re coming for you!

We’re the black flag army the militia of truth
Raise your black flag pledge allegiance to our roots
We’re the black flag army, demolition crew
You just lean on me, and we’ll lean back on you

You spent your life sheltered in the shade
We stood in the ruins as the fires blazed
You tried to dull our shine but we refused
So I took a knife and I made the cut
Million dollar smile, that you can’t stitch up
You’re the diamonds and we’re the rust
Choke you with your silver spoon
We’re caustic and we’re flammable
We’re feral mother fucking animals
Our fists are up, we’re unstoppable
And we’ve got a gift for you

We’re the black flag army the militia of truth
Raise your black flag pledge allegiance to our roots
We’re the black flag army, demolition crew
You just lean on me, And I’ll lean back on you
Raise your black flag! and terrorize!
Raise your black flag! no compromise!
Raise your back flag! we’re under siege
Raise your back flag! and stand together with me

We’re the black flag army the militia of truth
Raise your black flag pledge allegiance to our roots
We’re the black flag army, demolition crew
You just lean on me, And I’ll lean back on you
We’re the black flag army the militia of truth
Raise your black flag pledge allegiance to our roots
We’re the black flag army, demolition crew
You just lean on me, and I’ll lean back on you
Raise your black flag! and terrorize!
Raise your black flag! no compromise!
Raise your back flag! we’re under siege
Raise your back flag! and stand together with me

Welcome Home features the late Vinnie Paul’s final recordings. The band is using the album and their tour to honor the legacy of the iconic drummer. "While Vinnie Paul is obviously irreplaceable, one thing we can’t not do is tour," Hellyeah bassist bassist Kyle Sanders said. "As easy as it would be to say we’re not going on the road, we have to. Vinnie would be extremely disappointed in us if we didn’t promote this record properly. He’d be pissed off at all of us." Fans can help keep the memory of Vinnie Paul’s legacy alive by making a donation to the American Heart Association in his name at this location.

Hellyeah’s sixth studio album, Welcome Home, will be released on Sept. 27. Fans can preorder the effort here.

Now that guitarist Tom Maxwell is convalescing from hand surgery, the group will be ready kick off their fall tour on Nov. 13 in Greenville, S.C. See all their tour dates here.
