Gene Simmons from KISS was interviewed by the Huffington Post on Monday to promote the band's tour and upcoming reality show '4th and Loud.' As part of the interview, the host played various video clips of fans asking questions.

One of the video questions was from the band The Black Lips. Jack Hines, wearing face paint, yells (transcription via Rolling Stone), "Mr. Simmons! We're here to tell you that the day of misogynistic, sexist rock & roll is over! We call for the complete and utter surrender of the Kiss Army. Lay down your guitars! Do you accept our terms of surrender?"

How did Simmons respond? "Yes. I surrender entirely. And I wanted to compliment your mom for the wonderful way that she designed the decorations in the basement that she lets you live in. I think it's very attractive. I hope you get to leave your mom's basement soon."

Simmons also made waves in the interview by talking about immigration: "I'm actually saying the thing that needs to be said because the politically-correct climate is bulls--t. You don't want to upset anybody by saying, 'Learn to speak g--damn English.' So, as an immigrant, I'm telling you: learn to speak g--damn English. It is the key that will unlock the keys to the kingdom."

The reality show '4th and Loud,' which chronicles the L.A. Kiss, an arena football team owned by Simmons and Paul Stanley, debuts tonight (Aug. 12) on AMC. The band's tour with Def Leppard continues through the end of August. They also have a Las Vegas residency beginning Nov. 5.
