Icons of the metal community will gather at the Key Club in West Hollywood, Calif., on Dec. 14 for the second annual DimeBash. The event will honor the late Pantera guitar hero Dimebag Darrell.

Dimebag was tragically shot and killed Dec. 8, 2004, while his band Damageplan was playing a show at a club in Columbus, Ohio. All proceeds will benefit the Ronnie James Dio Stand up & Shout Cancer Fund. Dio, who fronted Rainbow, Black Sabbath and Heaven & Hell during his career, died of stomach cancer in May 2010.

The all-star lineup for DimeBash will be announced in the days ahead. Tickets are available now for $20 here. Monster Energy Drink will sponsor the event.

Last year's DimeBash show featured members of Slayer, Machine Head, Foo Fighters, Shinedown and Motorhead, among others.
