One of the Smashing Pumpkins' strengths is the ability to hit the intimate moments as well as they can rock out, so for those of you who felt you needed more of a jolt after hearing the 'Monuments to an Elegy' single 'Being Beige,' it's time to check out the harder rocking new song 'One and All.'

The song immediately pulls you in right off the bat with a wall of guitars courtesy of Billy Corgan and Jeff Schroeder. And yes, that is Tommy Lee you hear keeping the beat for the song. For Pumpkins fans, 'One and All' feels reminiscent of some of the edgier guitar-driven tracks the band issued early in their career, and it's fitting of this renaissance that the chorus is, "One and all / We are, we are so young / We're young, we're young."

Corgan told The Huffington Post, "I basically sang the whole song the first time I wrote it. It had written itself." The song will be part of 'Monuments to an Elegy,' the first of two new Pumpkins albums expected over the next year.

'Monuments to an Elegy' is due Dec. 9 and there's already a number of options to pre-order the disc. You can get your order in at iTunes or check out the Pledge Music pre-order, which provides a number of bundle packages. And look for plenty more coming from Smashing Pumpkins in 2015.
