Two major fall festivals will present tributes to the late Pantera, Damageplan and Hellyeah drummer, Vinnie Paul, who died June 22 of heart disease at age 54.

Danny Wimmer Presents and SiriusXM host Jose Mangin are organizing tribute performances on September 29 at Louder Than Life in Champions Park in Louisville, Kentucky and October 13 at Monster Energy Aftershock at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California. Hellyeah was originally scheduled to play both festivals.

The star-studded celebration will feature various musicians playing songs by Pantera and Damageplan. So far, members of Hellyeah, Five Finger Death Punch, Korn, Godsmack, Deftones, Shinedown, Sevendust, GWAR, Bullet For My Valentine, Body Count, Kyng, Cane Hill and Emmure are scheduled to perform.

The fifth annual Louder Than Life will take place from September 28 to 30 and will include performances by Nine Inch Nails, Alice in Chains, Godsmack, Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Ice Cube, Five Finger Death Punch, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown and others.

Monster Energy Aftershock is scheduled for October 13 and 14 and will feature System of a Down, Deftones, Alice in Chains, Incubus, Godsmack, Shinedown, 311, Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, At the Drive-In and others.

Vinnie Paul's official cause of death dilated cardiomyopathy, an enlarged heart and severe coronary artery disease. He was laid to rest in Arlington, Texas on June 30 next to his brother Dimebag Darrell Abbott and his mom Carolyn.
