Black Sabbath Team With Converse for Chuck Taylor All Star Line

Black Sabbath fans will be sporting some new kicks this fall, as the band has teamed with Converse to offer a new line of Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Black Sabbath collection shoes. The new line features three unique styles all inspired by the band's history.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Never Say Die shoe (seen above), is a hi-top shoe featuring the logo and cover art from the band's 'Never Say Die' album. The disc proved to be the final release featuring all four of the band's original members. The stitched 'Never Say Die' tongue label features the same text font as the album cover and the album's cover art image is printed on the fabric upper.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Sabbath Bloody Sabbath shoe, featured below, is also a hi-top shoe featuring a canvas upper printed with the cover art from the classic 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath' album. The stitched “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath” tongue label features the same text font used on the album cover and the shoe’s fabric upper features imagery from the cover art.

The third shoe is the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Black Sabbath Live shoe. This hi-top features a black-and-white shot of Ozzy Osbourne onstage playing to a passionate crowd while flashing the double peace sign. The tongue label features the black stitched band logo.

This marks the third time Black Sabbath have teamed with Converse on a shoe line. The collection will be available at Converse stores and at Journey's beginning July 10. Each shoe retails for $60. For more info on the collection, click here.
