Bumblefoot, ‘Don’t Know Who To Pray To Anymore’ – Exclusive Video Premiere
After teasing a short clip earlier this month, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal is premiering the video for "Don't Know Who To Pray To Anymore" right here at Loudwire (watch above).
The epic, seven-minute plus video alternates between shots of the former Guns N' Roses guitarist with his band playing in beautiful locales and scenes depicting stories of people in times of crisis. Among them are a bullied kid who finds a gun and takes it to school, and a young woman who is hospitalized after driving drunk following a night of partying. The characters in the video find themselves at a crossroads as Bumblefoot's song "Don't Know Who To Pray To Anymore" soundtracks it all.
"This song speaks for those that feel lost, betrayed, disillusioned, when we question all we believe in," says Bumblefoot. "When we start to lash out, and punish ourselves. This is a song about being in this place, in our own personal purgatory. We know we need to heal, but we're not ready to let go."
Director Vojan Koceic shot the video in three countries at 12 different locations including the Western Wall in Jerusalem, at ancient Roman ruins on the Jordanian border and at the Fortress of Klis and the Diocletian Palace in Croatia.
“This video needed to be filmed in locations that have a deep historic and spiritual presence,” adds Bumblefoot.
