Dead Sara are set for a big year in 2012. The Los Angeles rockers are not only gearing up to release their self-titled debut album, but the band also has months of touring ahead of them all across North America.

Dead Sara consists of frontwoman Emily Armstrong, guitarist Siouxsie Medley, bassist Chris Null and drummer Sean Friday. Their first album is set to drop on April 10 via Pocket Kid Records/Fontana/ Universal. The first single off of the disc is ‘Weatherman,’ which has been heating up airwaves and music charts. The upcoming disc is produced by eclectic producer Noah Shain (Atreyu, As Tall As Lions, Sonny Moore/aka Skrillex).

The band is also set to play numerous festivals such as SXSW, BuzzFest, Edge Fest and many more. Dead Sara have a string of dates with Chevelle and is also part of the massive lineup for 2012 Vans Warped Tour which kicks off on June 16 in Salt Lake City, Utah and wraps up in Hillsboro, Ore., on Aug. 5.
