God Mother, ‘Between Voids’ – Exclusive Video Premiere

We’ve got an awesome clip to share from Swedish hardcore merchants God Mother. The band just made a tripped out new video for “Between Voids” and we’ve got the exclusive premiere right here at Loudwire.

God Mother delivered the Maktbehov full-length last year, which pummeled our senses and left us fascinated with the band. God Mother will release a split EP with Artemis this coming spring and “Between Voids” kicks off the Swedish act’s portion of the split.

The video for “Between Voids” is simple but very effective. Its hallucinogenic feel complements the music beautifully, delivering two equally intense experiences at once. “The video is produced by David Åhrström, shot in our rehearsal space and then 3000 frames were hand drawn by David,” God Mother writes. “We wanted the video to be different and stand out from the standard hardcore/metal norm and knew David's style would suit our needs.”

God Mother is set to travel all the way to South Africa for nine headlining shows with support from South African act Maximum Carnage. Shows will take place from March 3-12 taking place throughout the whole country from Johannesburg to Cape Town and almost every major city along the way.
