With Suffocation's brutal victory over Cannibal Corpse, the battle of the death metal titans was settled in last week's Death Match. Now that Suffocation have entered the Death Match Hall of Fame and their track 'As Grace Descends' has been declared immortal, we've got two open spots ready to be filled. This week, we venture into bleak and doomy territory with these two veteran bands.

Experimental doom legends Neurosis enter the Death Match with 'We All Rage in Gold,' a track from the band's critically acclaimed 2012 album, 'Honor Found in Decay.' The gloomy track 'Locust Star' is perfect for the listener looking to get blindfolded, spun around and left alone in a dark forest.

Entering their 15th year of creating desolate sludgy metal, Swedish veterans Cult of Luna have cranked out another masterful beat-down with the track '"I, The Weapon"' from their 2013 studio album, 'Vertikal.' Much like Neurosis, this track feels like the haze of the forest is drawing you in for real-life nightmare. The entire album is available now, and we definitely recommend you check it out.

Which band will make it out of the forest alive, only to return next week? Neurosis vs. Cult of Luna … their fates are in your hands. Vote below!

(This Death Match ends on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 10AM ET. Fans can vote once per hour! So come back and vote often to make sure your favorite song wins!)
