A Rob Zombie show is always a great time and it's quite possible that the rocker will step outside his catalog from time to time to pull out a rock or metal classic. Such was the case during his band's recent performance in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. when he rocked out a pair of tried and true metal staples -- Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' and Diamond Head's 'Am I Evil?'

Zombie just launched a new string of dates and the April 29 show at Myrtle Beach's House of Blues was a particularly strong show. Quality fan-shot footage of Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' can be seen above, while the equally solid fan-shot footage of Diamond Head's 'Am I Evil?' is featured at the bottom of this post.

During the Metallica performance, Zombie teased the crowd a little bit. He first called out the metalheads in the crowd, then offered that he had a song that "wasn't that old, but it's older than these kids." After the familiar opening licks, Zombie shut it down before rallying the crowd by asking if they should follow through and play the song.

Zombie and his band are currently on tour and all of the dates can be found at this location. In addition, Zombie is promoting his upcoming 'The Zombie Horror Picture Show' DVD/Blu-Ray and companion book. You can pre-order the DVD, Blu-Ray and book ahead of its May 19 release and you can also enter to win an autographed copy via Loudwire at this location.
