It was previously announced that Motorhead's iconic frontman Lemmy Kilmister would be given a Bass Player Lifetime Achievement Award at this weekend's Bass Player Live! 2015 in Los Angeles. There will also be an all-star set honoring Lemmy and the lineup of musicians for that performance has been announced.

After Metallica's Robert Trujillo presents Lemmy with the award, he'll also be one of the performers along with Chuck Billy (Testament), Lita Ford, Whitfield Crane (Ugly Kid Joe), Rex Brown (Pantera), Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne), Dug Pinnick (King's X) and Tommy Rickard (Scott Weiland).

Other all-star bands will be performing in honor of award recipients Nathan East (Whitney Houston, Eric Clapton) and Louis Johnson (Michael Jackson, Brothers Johnson).

The Nov. 7 and 8 Bass Player Live! event features two days of bass clinics by world class musicians from all different genres of music along with exhibits from gear manufacturers. Tickets for the festivities are available at this location.

To celebrate the award, Lemmy might want to enjoy one of the band's newly released signature beers. Imperial Pale Lager is Motorhead's second beer, following 2012's Bastards Lager. They have developed quite an alcohol empire that has included vodka and whisky along with Shiraz, Shiraz Rosé and Sacrifice Shiraz wines.
