Asking Alexandria have created a strong buzz around their forthcoming record, The Black. Out March 25 on Sumerian Records, the album has already seen solid favorites like "I Won't Give In," "Let It Sleep," "Undivided" and the title track hit the airwaves. Representing a cut off the back half of the release, the band has unleashed the moody "Here I Am."

With a huge sampling of The Black already available, it has become evident that the album will be Asking Alexandria's most diverse yet. "Here I Am" showcases the softer side of the band, keeping a heavy focus on strong vocal melodies and clean singing, completely abandoning the harsh, screaming side for the song's duration. New singer Denis Stoff reaches high into his upper register right before the sing-along style chorus comes into play.

Speaking to Loudwire, founder and guitarist Ben Bruce revealed which songs he's looking forward to playing live. He mentioned the high energy in "Let It Sleep," but likes the balance created by the softer songs, stating, "There are songs like 'Here I Am' and 'Send Me Home' that I think are some of biggest anthems and sing along songs that we’ve ever written. So... I can’t wait to play that live because I cannot wait to see the fans' response. I can already hear them in my head singing along to every word."

Fans can pre-order The Black now at the Asking Alexandria's website.

Asking Alexandria will be hitting the road, opening for Bullet for My Valentine on the second North American leg of the "British Invasion" tour, which will kick off at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Jacksonville, Fla. on April 30.
