Pennsylvania metalcore act August Burns Red have just released a new video for 'Empire,' their second single from the band's 2011 album, 'Leveler.' ABR actually shake the Earth in this chug-tastic clip for the new single.

'Leveler' is August Burns Red's fourth full-length disc, which was spearheaded by the track 'Internal Cannon,' the video for which debuted in the late summer of 2011. The band now add another clip to their videography with 'Empire.'

The video for 'Empire' depicts August Burns Red in a rocky mountainous area with constant cutaway shots depicting their sonic effect on nature. The track interchanges from straight forward metalcore breakdowns into more melodic guitar work throughout.

"The 'Empire' video shoot was an exhausting 8 hours of sweating and head banging," explains guitarist JB Brubaker. "But it was worth the exhaustion as I think it's the coolest performance video we ever did. I especially like the old school 'Godzilla' looking shots that are in the middle and the coloring and filters that were applied to the post production brought everything together."

The video premiere will help stir up excitement among fans as the band continues on their first North American tour since their summer-long stint at the 2011 Vans Warped Tour. Along for the ride are post-hardcore giants Silverstein and other support acts Texas in July, Letlive and I, The Breather. See the remaining dates below the video:
