Corey Taylor has lined up a fall North America tour of intimate performances, appropriately dubbed 'An Evening With Corey Taylor.' Each stop on the 20-city solo trek with the Slipknot/Stone Sour singer will feature an acoustic set, a spoken word segment with readings from his 'Seven Deadly Sins' book and a Q&A session with the audience.

The jaunt is scheduled to kick off Nov. 14 in Anaheim, Calif., and will snake across the continent as it touches down in a total of 20 cities through a Dec. 13 gig in Orlando, Fla. The tour's complete itinerary is listed below, ticket information available here.

Can't picture Taylor busting out Slipknot songs unplugged? It sounds crazy, we know, but he has been performing both Slipknot and Stone Sour acoustically for awhile. For the spoken word segment, Taylor will be reading selections from 'Seven Deadly Sins -- Settling the Argument Between Born Bad and Damaged Good,' his 256-page hardcover book that hit shelves in July. And the Q&A, well, that's up to you.

“I always told myself I’d write a book,” Taylor says in a teaser clip from the audio version of ‘Seven Deadly Sins,’ which he reads himself . “I knew one day I would sit myself down and pound words into submission, spinning yarns, webs and tales of days gone by. Of woebegone afternoons tinged with bittersweet delights. I would hunch above the paper, and weave in and out of fancy, hoping I would be the next Hunter S. Thompson –- or at least somebody like Anonymous.”
