If there was ever an artist that should be chosen to soundtrack a romance novel, it would be Evanescence's Amy Lee. The range and emotion she brings to music does tend to pull at the heartstrings, and when you've got the lyrical content in a song like 'Bring Me to Life,' that's just the icing on the cake.

In the video for 'Bring Me to Life,' Lee wakes from her slumber and climbs out on the ledge of her building to meet 12 Stones' Paul McCoy, the song's co-vocalist. As he sings about being in the dark, only to find that Lee was right in front of him, he opens the window to let her in, but in the process she loses her grip on the ledge. The remainder of the clip finds the pair holding onto each other for dear life.
