British thrash act Evile have just unveiled the title and album art for their fourth full-length, 'Skull.' Having experienced success with their first three albums, Evile are looking to thrash their way into your ears once again with 'Skull,' which will see a release date of May 27 in Europe and June 11 in North America.

Evile are one of the leading acts of the recent "thrash revival" in metal, rising to prominence with bands such as Municipal Waste, Warbringer, Bonded by Blood and Vektor. Recognizing a potential within Evile, Earache Records jumped on the band, releasing 'Enter the Grave' (2007), 'Infected Nations' (2009) and 'Five Serpent's Teeth' (2011) through the legendary metal label. 'Skull' will not only be Evile's fourth studio album, but Earache's fourth time putting out a full-length record from the band.

Evile drummer Ben Carter comments on 'Skull':

Evile are proud as hell to reveal the title and artwork for our fourth studio album on Earache Records, which is to be entitled 'Skull'. We'd like to extend our thanks to Eliran Kantor for his amazing artistic representation of our original concept, which we'll reveal further details of in the coming weeks. Our fans can expect this album to be a return to our thrashier roots, as well as exploring new ground in typical Evile form. We've always said we want to progress and move forward in everything we do, and this album is no exception. We're so amazed with everything Russ Russell and ourselves have produced, and can't wait for it to be released upon the masses! Watch this space for more updates and album details. 'Skull' is coming...'SKULL' AWAITS YOUR SOUL!!!

Evile lead guitarist Ol Drake also lent his views on 'Skull' in a statement:

'Skull' is not what you think. 'Skull' is not where you think. 'Skull' is a mythical void in the deep fathoms of space.

Look out for Evile's 'Skull' as it hits the shelves on May 27 in Europe and June 11 in North America.
