Sad news to report as Mick Morris, who was in Eighteen Visions, and Clear, has passed away at the age of 35. According to AltPress.com, Morris died Sunday (June 2) of a preexisting heart condition.

Morris, known as 'Mick Deth,' joined Eighteen Visions in 2000. He played guitar in his previous bands, and began playing bass after joining Eighteen Visions. The band's early sound was metalcore, but evolved into more mainstream rock. They signed with major label Epic for their 2006 self-titled album. It sold more than 100,000 copies.

The following year, Eighteen Visions split. Morris recorded five albums during his tenure with the band. He also was briefly in Bleeding Through, and appeared on their 2002 album 'Portrait of the Goddess.'
