If you're looking for your dream Seattle home full of music history and a little bit of eeriness, we've got news for you. Kurt Cobain's house is up for sale, and it's going for $7.5 million.

The four bed, four bath home was built in 1902 in the Denny Blaine subdivision of Seattle, Wash. According to the listing, it's 8,212 square feet and sits on 0.74 acres of land.

"A perfectly maintained home of extraordinary presence situated upon a beautiful, park-like lot in the heart of Denny Blaine," the listing reads. "Built in 1902, features a shingled exterior distinguished by expressive windows, stone accents & Queen Anne styling, completely updated throughout. Gracious rooms enhanced by an open floor plan & fine millwork. Views of gardens, Lake Washington & Cascades. A stone's throw from lake & the bustle of Madison Park. 15 min to downtown. A once in a lifetime opportunity!"

The Nirvana frontman was residing in the house with his wife Courtney Love and daughter Frances-Bean Cobain when he was found dead in the greenhouse in April of 1994. Love sold the house to a trust in 1997 and had the greenhouse torn down. See photos of the house and property below.
