Maynard James Keenan may be one of modern music's greatest masterminds, but in this tattoo he looks more potato than human. The 'intention' of this artist was surely good, but there's no way he was 'sober' while needling this tattoo.

Perhaps the artist was 'rosetta stoned' or under the influence of some type of 'opiate' before inking this superfan, who we'll call 'Harry Manback,' with the Tool singer's mug. The real issue with this tat is how lumpy Maynard's face looks, as if there were 'ticks and leeches' dwelling underneath the singer's skin.
