Cool news for Queens of the Stone Age, as the band's new album Villains has debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart, and was the top selling disc of the week in terms of pure album sales.

While rappers Lil Uzi Vert (No. 1) and XXXTentacion (No. 2) landed above Queens of the Stone Age on the Billboard 200 chart, their discs only moved 28,000 and 18,000 in traditional album sales, respectively, far short of the 69,000 in pure album sales by QOTSA's Villains. The two hip-hop discs were helped out mostly by streaming numbers.

A couple weeks ago, QOTSA released a video for the disc's first single, "The Way You Used To," featuring the band grooving along to the track. They also unveiled a pretty fun skit showing the band hosting a "focus group" with their older albums.

There's still plenty to get excited about in the band's camp, as they still have a killer tour lined up this fall with support from Royal Blood. They'll be hitting the road beginning tomorrow night in Port Chester, N.Y., looping around the country and ending up back in New York with a final date in Madison Square Garden.
