Report: Juggalo With No Legs Drunkenly Crashes Golf Cart Into Filmmaker
Insane Clown Posse's 20th annual Gathering of the Juggalos was held earlier this summer at the tail end of July and beginning of August. Nearly a full month after the festival's conclusion, it's being reported that filmmaker Adam Barron is filing a lawsuit against one concertgoing juggalo without legs, who got drunk and crashed into him with a golf cart.
While well-known juggalo Alexander "Less Legs" Perkins was operating the golf cart, he isn't the target of Batton's negligence lawsuit, who instead has Ninjas in Action, the group who held the Gathering of the Juggalos event, in his legal crosshairs, per TMZ.
Batton alleges that he's suffered serious and permanent bodily injuries from the accident and also named Indiana Park, where the event was held, in the suit. He claims that the use of motorized vehicles were prohibited but this rule was not enforced.
At 1AM on Aug. 3, Batton was riding a motorized bike when Perkins, who was operating his golf cart's pedals with a baseball bat due to his lack of lower limbs, slammed into him.
The fillmmaker also stated that Perkins was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but Perkins denied these claims along with the story of events. Perkins alleges he had permission to use the golf cart due to his physical condition and that Batton was not only taking an unauthorized ride on the motorbike, but also driving the wrong way on a one-way street and therefore was responsible for the crash.
Neither Perkins nor Insane Clown Posse were named in Batton's lawsuit.
