Marilyn Manson, especially at the height of his late '90s fame, was known for his shocking onstage antics, but during a show in Detroit in 2001 there was one unsuspecting participant in his performance that wasn't thrilled with his inclusion. The scantily clad Manson, wearing a thong and panty hose, surprised one of the show's security guards when he wrapped his legs around the guard and gyrated against his head.

The guard, Joshua Keasler, was not thrilled and filed suit against Manson claiming sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The case continued until 2004 at which point Keasler dropped the case against Manson in return for an undisclosed settlement.
