The metal fans of England may very well be the luckiest people on Earth at this moment, because at London's 2012 'I'll Be Your Mirror' event, Slayer will be playing the entire 'Reign in Blood' album live. As if that wasn't awesome enough, other acts playing the event include Mudhoney, Mogwai and many more to be announced.

Named after the Velvet Underground b-side, 'I'll Be Your Mirror' is a three day event filled with live music, film and art events. Slayer will be headlining the first day of the festival - May 25, 2012. Opening for Slayer on Friday show will be legendary doom act Sleep and the almighty Melvins.

Containing metal classics such as 'Raining Blood' and 'Angel of Death,' the album 'Reign in Blood' was one of the definitive discs of the '80s. At the time of its release, the album was considered by many to be the heaviest album ever recorded. In our recent 'Top 11 Metal Albums of the 1980s' feature, 'Reign in Blood' came in at No. 4, only being topped by Guns N' Roses' 'Appetite for Destruction,' AC/DC's 'Back in Black' and Metallica's 'Master of Puppets.'

Tickets are now being sold via ATPFestival.com. Grab those tickets quickly, because who knows if or when Slayer will ever play their landmark album 'Reign in Blood' in its entirely ever again.
