Congrats to Annihilator for achieving their Death Match victory. We're in the process of revamping the Death Match, so we'll be taking a break for a bit. However, keep checking back for the new incarnation of the Death Match. Cheers!

Battlecross was so incredibly close to a Death Match Hall of Fame induction, but in the last moments of last week's battle, Soulfly swooped down and clenched a win. Soulfly and their new track 'Bloodshed' now begin their own trail to the Death Match Hall of Fame, and they've got some legends to deal with right away.

Annihilator recently released their 14th studio album, 'Feast,' later pumping out a music video for 'No Way Out.' The Canadian band is still going strong with their old-school style of thrash nearly 30 years into playing music and will soon embark on Eurasian tour that will keep them on the road for a month.

Can Soulfly secure yet another Death Match victory? Or can Annihilator destroy their very worthy opponents? Your votes will decide who survives. Pick your favorite song in the poll below!

(This Death Match ends on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 10AM ET. Fans can vote once per hour! So come back and vote often to make sure your favorite song wins!)

Rules of Death Match
Two bands fight to the death each week. Fans can vote once per hour. The triumphant band goes on to compete in the next Death Match.
