Dirty Honey Announce Early 2020 Headline Tour
2019 saw Dirty Honey as a breakout band getting some killer opening slots amongst some of rock's top bands, but as 2020 arrives, they're graduating to headline status. The group just announced dates for month-and-a-half-long run of the U.S. that will kick off in January.
Once the new year is sufficiently rung in, Dirty Honey will kick off thier "Rolling 7s" tour Jan. 17 in Austin, Texas, venturing through the South and Midwest before heading to the East Coast and crossing back through the country. Eventually, they'll find themselves back in their home base of Los Angeles on Feb. 28 to conclude the trek at the El Rey. Dates for the run can be found below.
The group is currently on a headline run of the U.S. to finish out the year, and the upcoming dates will see them paying it forward taking out another buzzworthy act The Amazons. The U.K. outfit issued their sophomore set, Future Dust, back in May.
It's been a stellar year for Dirty Honey, with the band making the rare jump to the top of the rock radio charts with "When I'm Gone" while still being an unsigned band. The new song "Rolling 7s," which doubles as the upcoming tour's name, has already climbed into the Top 30 at Active Rock radio fairly early in its run. The band's self-titled EP is out now.
Tickets for the 2020 tour will go on sale this Friday (Nov. 22) at 10AM local time, with VIP packages available as of tomorrow (Nov. 20) at 10AM local time. Head to Dirty Honey's website for details.
