Thrash masters Megadeth have been rolling out new songs from their upcoming album 'TH1RT3EN' for over a month now. Their newest offering is 'Whose Life (Is It Anyways?),' which Megadeth are giving away for free (see link below). Be sure not to procrastinate, because the offer is available for 24 hours only.

'Whose Life (Is It Anyways?),' fits perfectly with 'Public Enemy No. 1' and 'Never Dead,' the two other songs from 'TH1RT3EN' already released by the band. Frontman Dave Mustaine dominates the song with his presence on vocals, only letting up for some healthy guitar shredding during the bridge.

An interesting characteristic of 'Whose Life (Is It Anyways?) is the diverse nature of the lyrics. The song gives the listener classic Megadeth lines such as, "You only point out fault / An anxiety attack / You’re a nay you mouth / You stab me in my back," mixed with poppier lyrics, "You hate the way I wear my clothes / You hate my friends and where we go / I see you in the shadows / You think you know what’s best for me."

Full Metal Jackie recently interviewed Mustaine about 'Whose Life (Is It Anyways?) on her show. "You’ve got people telling us how to live our lives and at the end of the day, whose life is it anyways, it’s mine," said Mustaine. "I’m the one who has to do the time when stuff goes wrong, if I make a bad decision, it’s my flesh that pays the bill and a lot of times in our business, you know this, we have people who work with us and for us and as soon as we run out of blood they’re onto the next person. And that’s sad."

Megadeth's highly anticipated 'TH1RT3EN' is set for release on Nov. 1.
