Emarosa are back with a larger-than-life rock ballad called "Ready to Love," and the song takes some sonic cues from equally substantial '80s hits. Issued Monday (Nov. 18), it's the band's latest single from this year's Peach Club album, which the group will continue supporting on tour this fall.

"I'm not ready to love," lead vocalist Bradley Walden belts in the tune's effervescent refrain. "But I won't be too long." Hear the song and see Emarosa's upcoming tour dates down toward the bottom of this post.

"'Ready to Love' is that bite that's too hot," Walden told Billboard. "You know it'll hurt, you know it's not ready, but it takes that pain to learn your lesson. The older you get the more self-aware you become about what you want for yourself and what you want in a partner. A lot of time can be wasted being with people out of loneliness. This song is a reflection of moving [past] that and knowing what you want, knowing your worth and knowing what you are/are not ready for."

As for the band's imminent "Peach Club Tour" with fellow rockers Too Close to Touch and Vaines, the musician added, "It's a breakthrough tour for us, we get to play our new album in its entirety. It's special and people know it, that's why our fans have almost completely sold it out."

At the start of the year, Emarosa shared poppy track "Don't Cry" with Loudwire and PopCrush ahead of Peach Club's February release.
