As Five Finger Death Punch gear up for the July 30 release of their upcoming album ‘The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 1,’ the band is teaming up with Loudwire to offer up a snippet of a punishing new song called ‘You,’ heard above.

‘You’ is Five Finger Death Punch to the max, smacking the listener in the face right away with singer Ivan Moody's gutteral verses followed by a melodic chorus. With pulverizing guitars and a supersonic barrage of lyrics, Moody wails out: 'There’s a fire within / Hate to admit it but I always knew / Violence and sin keeps me fearless / Keeps me from being you.’

Five Finger Death Punch don't want fans to just listen to the new clip though, they want you to spread it like a disease, sharing it with your music-loving friends to prepare them for what is about to be unleashed next month. Consider it your civic duty!

‘You’ follows in the monstrous footsteps of the lead single ‘Lift Me Up’ featuring Judas Priest’s Rob Halford. 'Lift Me Up' continues to climb its way up the charts and is currently available on iTunes. Pre-sales for 'The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 1' kick off on June 18, including a collectible limited edition box set featuring a 5FDP lunch box. Meanwhile, 'Volume 2' of the two album set is expected to arrive in the fall.

Five Finger Death Punch will spend most of the summer as co-headliners of the 2013 Mayhem Fest with Rob Zombie kicking off on June 29. Click below to check out all the dates:
