Geoff Tate has been battling with his former Queensryche bandmates and putting together a competing band lineup. He's also releasing a solo album, and has revealed the cover art and track listing for 'Kings & Thieves,' which is set to be released Nov. 6 through Inside Out Music.

Tate will be supporting his second solo effort with a fall tour beginning in October.  The tour also includes seven Canadian dates with the legendary Alice Cooper. After the tour, Tate will take part in the ShipRocked cruise, which sets sail Nov. 27 and returns Dec. 1.

After he was unceremoniously booted from Queensryche in June and replaced by Todd La Torre, Tate put together his own version of the band. It includes bassist Rudy Sarzo, drummer Bobby Blotzer, Glen Drover, guitarist Kelly Gray and keyboardist Randy Gane. Gray and Gane are former members of Queensryche. Tate plans to embark on anniversary tour with this lineup.

The courts will ultimately decide a lot of the issues between Tate and the his former Queensryche bandmates.  In the meantime, just like L.A. Guns, Great White and others, it looks like there will be competing versions of Queensryche, as well.
