Earlier this year, the genre-bending Issues dropped a new song, "Tapping Out," suggesting there was more to come. Now, they've shared a music video for "Drink About It," their latest single, and have announced their third record, Beautiful Oblivion. A headlining U.S. tour will follow the release in November.

"Drink About It" is another brilliant example of Issues' versatility, blissfully blending R&B and pop sensibilities with post-hardcore heaviness. Rather than merely seesawing between styles, Issues pool their eclectic influences together for a unifying sonic identity.

"'Drink About It' is something I feel everyone can relate to," says singer Tyler Carter. "The song, quite frankly, is about cheater being found out by their unfortunate partner. The idea is this: 'I think you know... you know something... how much do you know...? I'm just gonna let them sweat it out a little bit.' But that play on words is also saying, 'You're all I drink about' and at this point I wanna sweat you out of my system."

Beautiful Oblivion, which features 13 new songs, will be released on Oct. 4 through Rise Records. View the track listing and album art below.

See Issues on their headlining U.S. tour with Polyphia, Lil Aaron and Sleep Token at the dates listed toward the bottom of the age. Additionally, drummer Josh Manuel will be featured on the Vans "Off the Wall" Loyal to the Craft drum clinic tour in September. See those dates below as well.
