The theatrical side of My Chemical Romance was one of the drawing points for their 2004 album, 'Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge,' but fans wouldn't see exactly how far the band was willing to take it until the 2006 album, 'The Black Parade.'

With a full head of steam, My Chemical Romance took on a concept record and set the stage with the epic lead single, 'Welcome to the Black Parade.' It went from the lone opening sing-along, faint piano playing and taps-style drumming to the major bombast of wailing guitars and a giant chorus in one fell swoop.
