Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters have been announced as the headliners of this year's unusually diverse lineup at the Pensacola, Fla. based DeLuna Fest.

How often can you see Foo Fighters, Dwight Yoakam and DJ Jazzy Jeff all perform in the same place? Until the 2012 DeLuna festival lineup was announced -- the answer was never. The just-announced Pensacola Beach music festival has scheduled something for everybody as part of their third installment, topped off with two of rock's most celebrated live acts -- Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters.

Other notable rock acts found amongst the just-announced lineup include Florence + The Machine, Band of Horses, Band of Skulls and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The beach and music festival is set to take place September 21-23 in Pensacola Fla., with three day passes going on sale April 17 at 9AM ET -- check out the full lineup and other details at the DeLuna Fest official website.

The 2012 DeLuna Fest appearance will be Pearl Jam's first U.S. performance of the year -- their website states there is another big concert announcement on the horizon for this week, which is likely a foreign date. Foo Fighters have only a handful of U.S. gigs on the books for this year, including stops at the New Orleans Jazz Festival and New Jersey's Bamboozle Festival.
