Canadian alt-rock duo Redlight King are currently climbing the charts with their latest single 'Bullet in My Hand' and will take the stage tonight (Feb. 23) to perform the track on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.'

Redlight King deliver a unique mix of rap, alternative, and straight-forward rock to create a unique genre that few artists occupy. The mainstream took notice of the duo on their song 'Old Man' last year, which sampled the hook from the Neil Young song of the same name but was not an outright cover. "When [Neil Young] heard it then I knew I’d done okay," frontman Kaz told Loudwire of the single that features the first officially sanctioned sample of Young's music.

Redlight King's current single 'Bullet in My Hand,' which Kaz describes as "a song about seeing the light at the end of the tunnel," has just surpassed it's predecessor by cracking the Top 10 on the active rock airplay charts. The band hits 'The Tonight Show' stage in Burbank, California tonight to rock the chart-climbing track from their debut album 'Something for the Pain.' Redlight King will perform alongside the biggest names in rock at a handful of festivals this year, including Carolina Rebellion, Rock on the Range, and Rocklahoma!.
