Rob Zombie Finishes Mixing ‘Best Album Yet’

Big news for Rob Zombie fans! The horror rock icon tweeted that he has just finished the final mixes for his sixth studio album.

In the tweet, Zombie calls the disc his “Best album yet. No joke.” Additionally, music photographer Rob Fenn, who heard one of Zombie's new songs, called the track “unf—ing REAL!!!!.” On this project, Zombie once again recruited producer Zeuss, who has worked with the likes of Hatebreed, Scar the Martyr and Devil You Know.

In an interview with ‘Loudwire Nights,’ host Full Metal Jackie asked Zombie why he is so confident about his upcoming album. He answered, “Every song seems different and exciting, it seems like the old days. There are just certain songs that we just cannot wait to play live that you just know are going to be part of the show. You just have a weird sense of it. You just have that moment in time where you feel like you’ve hit that same nerve with a song, and this record has a lot of that.”

Rob Zombie will be busy this year, as he also recently announced the release of a live disc, 'Spookshow International Live.'
