U.K. rock outfit the Temperance Movement will pack their bags and cross the pond for a North American tour set to take place during the month of April.

The band is supporting their stellar 2016 album, White Bear, which did quite well in Loudwire's year-end recap of the Top 20 Rock Albums of the year. You can see the list in full at the bottom of this post. Not only is the music solid, but the Temperance Movement have been earning a reputation for their concerts, with live wire vocalist Phil Campbell seemingly constantly in motion throughout their sets.

Speaking with us last year about his stage presence, the singer told us, "I’ve discovered it’s much better to just let go a little bit and have fun because you cannot hate from an audience. An audience wants you to have fun so that they can have fun. If you go onstage and you’re not having fun, they don’t really know what to do. What happens is your control because they’ll start telling you to come on, raise your game! Or they’ll laugh at you or they’ll just be kind of numb because it’s up to me to entertain them."

The band will kick off their run stateside at New York's Mercury Lounge on April 4, with the trek staying primarily in the eastern and midwestern part of the country, while also briefly dipping into Canada. The trek concludes April 23 in Atlanta at the Sweet Water 420 Fest, though the band already has at least one more trip to the U.S. scheduled this year with July 8 appearance at The Ride Festival in Telluride, Colo. booked. See all of their tour dates below.

The White Bear album is out now, featuring the title track, plus album standouts "Three Bulleits," "Get Yourself Free" and "Oh Lorraine" among others.
