Linkin Park are bowing out of their scheduled Oct. 16 headlining appearance at Pensacola, Florida's DeLuna Festival because singer Chester Bennington must undergo shoulder surgery. Bennington sustained the injury to his shoulder while the band was on its recent tour of Asia.

“As much as I was looking forward to rocking our final date with our Florida fans, I’ve been advised to have immediate surgery,” said Bennington in a statement. “I’m sorry for any disappointment this has caused and look forward to seeing you again soon.”

Refunds are available to those fans who no longer want to attend the DeLuna Festival, which will still feature Jane's Addiction, Weezer and dozens of other bands. Organizers are actively looking for big-name replacement for Linkin Park.

Meanwhile, we are giving away a copy of the new 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' DVD and accompanying CD soundtrack, both featuring Linkin Park's 'Iridescent.' Enter below for your chance to win.
