The holidays are a good time for mending fences and it looks as though Courtney Love and her onetime Hole guitarist Eric Erlandson are back on good terms. The onetime bandmates had feuded for several years, with Love claiming earlier this year on the 'Opie and Anthony' show that Erlandson had stolen Kurt Cobain's guitars.

Love just posted a photo of herself with Erlandson on her Facebook page with the caption, "And this just happened." She copied the other members of the most prominent Hole lineup in her post and added, "2014 going to be a very interesting year." Her post can be seen below:

Back in April of 2012, Love reunited onstage with Erlandson, drummer Patty Schemel and bassist Melissa Auf Der Maur as part of an after party jam following a screening of Schemel's documentary, 'Hit So Hard.' It marked the first time in 15 years that the four members had performed onstage together. But despite the goodwill, the reunion went no further than just a two-song performance. Love has been doing solo dates over this past year and putting the final touches on a book release.

So does the Erlandson photo signify a cooling of tensions and the possibility of a reunion of the older Hole lineup? Only time will tell. But in the interim, Love can be found performing with Camp Freddy for their New Year's Eve show at the Roxy in Los Angeles. She recently joined the all-star covers band during their annual December residency and has already revealed her participation in the New Year's Eve date. Footage from the performance can be seen by clicking the button below.
