Disturbed fans, get ready! The band will issue the next song from their Evolution album this Friday (Sept. 21), according to a new social media posting from the band. The track is titled "A Reason to Fight."

The album title Evolution is fitting, given that the band have painted with broader strokes than usual for their upcoming disc. "A Reason to Fight" is one of the tracks on the album that showcases the softer side of the group. Check out the tease for the new song with artwork below.

Disturbed's Evolution album is due Oct. 19, and has already generated the single "Are You Ready?" The song was chosen after fans were asked in late July if they preferred a "heavy" song or a "ballad." The heavier choice offered a taste of the standout lead single, while "A Reason to Fight" leans more to the other option for the group.

The Evolution album is currently available to pre-order via the platform of your choosing at this location. The band appears to be mostly holding off on touring until 2019. They will play a hometown show in Chicago at the Vic Theatre on Oct. 10 and they are also booked to play alongside Metallica Oct. 13 at the Austin City Limits Festival. They also just announced the cities, though the dates and venues are still pending, for their 2019 tour.
