Disturbed and Ghost will be playing a lot of shows together on the festival circuit in 2016. While they might play nice backstage, they'll have to go at it in Round 1 in the March Metal Madness tournament that will determine the Best Metal Song of the 21st Century. It's "Down With the Sickness" against "Cirice" in the Stage Dive Region!

"Oooh-wah-ah-ah-ah!" Disturbed emerged as one of the most formidable hard rock acts of the 21st century, thanks in large part to the meteoric rise of their quadruple platinum debut The Sickness. Of course, the album is supercharged by the hit single "Down With the Sickness," which has been etched into the walls of modern rock history. The song will be tough to take down, but Ghost have a dedicated cult following of their own.

"Can't you see that you're lost without me?" These haunting words are delivered by the ghastly frontman Papa Emeritus III on Ghost's Grammy-winning single "Cirice." Boasting an eerie yet slightly uplifting melody, the Nameless Ghouls provide a sinister musical tapestry led by the honey-throated voice of their robed singer. Ghost will need their followers to come out in full support in order to advance to Round 2 over Disturbed.

So, which song will move on to the second round of March Metal Madness 2016? Listen to both tracks and vote for either Disturbed's "Down With the Sickness" or Ghost's "Cirice" as the Best Metal Song of the 21st Century in the poll below!

(This poll will end on Tuesday, March 8, at 9AM ET. Fans are able to vote once per hour, so keep coming back to make sure your favorite song wins!)

Disturbed, "Down With the Sickness"
