Five Finger Death Punch drummer Jeremy Spencer is dishing the dirt on the band's upcoming album, ‘American Capitalist,’ which is due out Oct. 11.

Spencer explains to FMX Radio in Lubbock, Texas that the new release is diverse when it comes to its sound. “I think we cover pretty much every part of the gambit with it," he explains. "There’s some heavy stuff; there’s some mid tempo things; it’s all covered.”

He goes on to say, "We’ve started this thing with a vision and we’ve pretty much stuck to it and the people who weren’t on board with the vision are no longer here, we just wanted to make a record of music that we were fans of because it really wasn’t out there."

5FDP recently released 'Under and Over It' as the first single off the album. Click here to check out our review of the song.

The band also just announced dates for their headlining 'Share the Welt Tour' with Hatebreed, All That Remains and Rev Theory. The trek kicks off Oct. 16 in San Francisco. “I cant wait to get going," adds Spencer about 5FDP's tour plans. "We’ve been cocooned up in the studio making this record."
