Guns N' Roses reprised their role as headliners with their second performance at Coachella over the weekend. The April 23 show saw the band take the stage to deliver timeless classics to a fevered crowd, switching up the setlist to give fans a sense of surprise after a knockout set the first time around on April 16.

The Saturday gig saw Guns N' Roses, now boasting original members Slash and Duff McKagan, debut two songs that have yet to be performed on the current tour. The Appetite for Destruction cut "Out ta Get Me" and the tongue-in-cheek GN'R Lies ballad "Used to Love Her" were brought out in exchange for the two AC/DC tracks performed with Angus Young on the first go around.

The outlaw riff that kick starts "Out ta Get Me" was met with raucous applause as fans bore witness to the first time Axl Rose, Slash and Duff all played the song together in nearly two decades. The encore saw the addition of two songs left out of the first Coachella show, "Don't Cry," which had already been brought out on the tour, followed by "Used to Love Her." Duff's lumbering bass tone and Frank Ferrer's precision drumming kept the song in the lockstep, swinging rhythm that gives it its bouncy vibe amidst the contentious lyrical theme.

Rose again remained seated as he recovers from a broken bone in his foot. The injury was sustained at the first Guns N' Roses show at the Troubadour where the new lineup made their debut to an intimate West Hollywood crowd. The guitar throne in use was originally made for Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl when he broke his leg last summer and continued the tour.

Though there was rumor of a potential Prince tribute during the show, the band decided to dedicate their performance to the late rocker. Throughout the band's set, Duff McKagan was seen with a white bass guitar that sported a purple decal of Prince's symbol. Axl Rose told the crowd that while they wanted to honor Prince, they simply didn't have enough time to pull off a musical performance, so they dedicated the show to him instead.

The show marked the end of the first wave of Guns N' Roses tour dates, but they'll be back out on the 'Not in This Lifetime' tour starting June 23. For a full list of upcoming stops, click here. In addition to the previously announced dates, the icons have added four more shows to their run: July 3 in Chicago, Ill., July 20 in Foxborough, Mass., July 24 in East Rutherford, N.J. and Aug. 18 in Los Angeles, Calif.
