If you missed Nightwish when they played their one lone show Los Angeles in January – good news! The band will be returning to North America later this year, kicking off a full tour run that starts in September and runs through mid-October, taking them throughout the United States and Canada.

Hailing from Finland, the symphonic metal act will be touring in support of their latest disc ‘Imaginaerum.’ The band Kamelot will be opening all shows.

While the show back in January kicked off their world tour, this new run of dates will mark the band’s first full North American tour run since 2009, which should cause quite a stir.

For fans hoping to get a little more involved, the band will be offering up VIP packages at several of the tour stops. The VIP experience includes early entry to the show, a meet and greet with the band and an autographed commemorative poster. VIP will be available in the following cities: Philadelphia, Worcester, Mass., Montreal, Columbus, Ohio, Chicago, Sauget, Ill., San Francisco, Anaheim, Calif., Austin, New Orleans and Ft. Lauderdale.
